Dear*Ms. Schultz:
The undersigned is the attorney for the City of Blair. After
reviewing the issues you raised regarding Blair Cemetery lots, we
have concluded that there is no obligation or liability on the
part of the City of Blair to move the graves presently on Lot 2
Spaces 10, 11, and 12. It appears that the placement of the two
graves presently on these spaces was the intent of the registered
owner of the plots, Albert Schultz.
if it is still your desire to have room made for a third grave
sight, it will be your obligation and responsibility to have the
graves disinterred and reinterred.
