Enclosed you will find a corrected cemetery deed for spaces that you had
purchased in March , 1997. The reason for this correction is that on the original deed it
states that the spaces are located in Block 118 Lot 2. This is incorrect. It should be
Block 118 Lot 3 which I have changed on the enclosed deed.
Also enclosed is a Real Estate Transfer Statement. This will need to be filled out
and taken down to the courthouse to file the corrected deed and replace the original.
Please note there will be a charge of $5.50 for filing fees payable to the Washington
County Clerk.
