COUNCIL MEMBER WILLIS INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS the City of Blair, Nebraska has approved the plans and specifications for the
public improvements for the Arbor Heights Subdivision in Blair, Nebraska, and those public
improvements have been completed with the oversight and inspection of the project engineer TD2
including an engineer certification from TD2 that the public improvements have been constructed
in general accordance to the approved plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, that the City of Blair hereby accepts the designated public
improvements within Arbor Heights Subdivision.
COUNCILMEMBER KEVIN HALL MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BRAD
ANDERSEN. UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCILMEMBERS HALL, ANDERSEN, WOLFF,
WILLIS, RUMP AND STEWART VOTING "AYE", AND COUNCILMEMBERS SHEPARD
VOTING "NAY', THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED
AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF OCTOBER 2020.
