EASEMENT
GRANTOR(s), Josiah M. Stangl and Becca C. Stangl, husband and wife, in consideration of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to GRANTEES Mark Bolander and
Lori Bolander, husband and wife, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in
common, including any heirs or assignees, an Easement for construction and maintenance of a sewer
service line and appurtenances of the following described real estate:
A strip of land Ten (10) feet either side of the sewer service line as constructed extending from easterly
boundary of Lot 4 Valley Ridge Addition to the City sewer main located on Lot 3 Valley Ridge Addition,
located in the Northeast i/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 11 East of the
6th P.M., Washington County, Nebraska.
Grantors covenants, jointly and severally, with Grantees that Grantor:
(1) Is lawfully seized of such real estate, and
(2) Has legal power and authority to convey the same;
Warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all.
