EASEMENT
GRANTOR(s), Josiah M. Stangl and Becca C. Stangl, husband and wife, in consideration of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to GRANTEES Laura L. Taylor and
Bradley E. Taylor, Co -Trustees of the Laura L. Taylor Revocable Trust, including any heirs or assignees,
an Easement for construction and maintenance of a sewer service line and appurtenances of the following
described real estate:
A strip of land ten (10) feet on either side of sewer service line as constructed extending from Lot 2 of
Valley Ridge Addition to the City sewer main located on Lot 3 Valley Ridge Addition, located in the
Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest '/4 of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M.,
Washington County, Nebraska. The service line is contemplated in the future and shall be limited to the
area as shown on the attached exhibit A.
(1) Is lawfully seized of such real estate, and
(2) Has legal power and authority to convey the same;
Warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all.
