EASEMENT
GRANTOR(s), Josiah M. Stangl and Becca C. Stangl, husband and wife, in consideration of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to GRANTEES the City of Blair, a
Municipal Corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska, an Easement for
construction and maintenance of a new 8 inch sewer main, manhole(s), and appurtenances of the
following described real estate:
A strip of land Ten (10) feet either side of the sewer main as constructed, extending northerly from the
northern right of way line of Clark Street to the twenty (20) feet north of the City sewer manhole located
on Lot 3 Valley Ridge Addition, located in the Northeast'/4 of the Northwest'/4 of Section 14, Township
18 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Washington County, Nebraska.
Grantors covenants, jointly and severally, with Grantees that Grantor:
(1) Is lawfully seized of such real estate, and
(2) Has legal power and authority to convey the same;
Warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all.
