2020-09-15 Amend to Agrmnt Engineering ServicesAMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS:
HDR ENGINEERING, INC. ("HDR") entered into an Agreement on August 25, 2020 to perform
engineering services for the City of Blair, NE ("OWNER");
OWNER desires to amend this Agreement in order for HDR to perform services beyond those
previously contemplated;
HDR is willing to amend the agreement and perform the additional engineering services.
NOW, THEREFORE, HDR and OWNER do hereby agree:
The Agreement and the terms and conditions therein shall remain unchanged other than those
sections and exhibits listed below;
Section I. shall be updated to modify Exhibit A, Scope of Services, to include the following after'Key
Understandings':
19. Fire hydrant relocation will be by others.
20. ENGINEER will provide a standard paving section in the plans.
21. No grading or detail will extend beyond the 25' BOC extents.
22. An alignment and grade will be provided following the centerline of the ROW extents
provided in the topographic survey.
23. Grading of the lots and outside of the paving extents will be by others.
24. Storm inlets will be provided at either end of the paving near the intersection of the new
roadway(s) with the existing Deerfield Blvd,
25. Storm sewer will connect to the existing area inlet at the SW corner of the development or
at the existing storm line in front of the neighboring daycare.
26. Drainage area extents will not extend beyond the limits of the development.
Section IV. shall be updated to add the following after the second sentence of the first paragraph:
"and Three thousand, four hundred, and seventy eight Dollars ($3,478)"
