paying the cost of paving and improvements (other than the intersections and
areas formed by the crossing of streets, a,venues ánd alleys) in Street
Improvement Districts Nos. 24 and 25 and Curbi~ District ~To. 2, of said City;
and all expenses incidental thereto, in strict compliance with the provisions
of Section 17-432 OS Suppl., Nebr., 1941. This bond and the others of said
issue have been duly'authorized by an ordinB~ce duly passed and adopted by
the Mevor and City Council of said Oi ty.

and City Clerk, sai d bonds shall 'be delivered to the Oity Treasurer, who shall
,be responsible therefor on his official 'bond. The.. Treasurer shall cause said,
bonds to 'be transmitted with the certified statemènt and transcript aforesaid
to the Auditor of Public Accounts of the State of Nebraska and to be
registered in said Auditor's office, and shall then cause the Same to be

issuance of Intersection Paving Bonds of said City to paY for

and Curbing District Number 2, there shall be and there are hereby
ordered issued Intersection Paving Bonds of the City of Blair,
Nebraska, of the principal amount of Four Thousand Dollars ,
($4,000.00), consisting of four bonds numbere'd from 1 to, 4 both
,inclusive, of One Tho~sand Dollars ($1,000.00) each, which bonds
shall be dated the first day of April, 1942, and shall bear
interest at the rate of two and one-half per centum (2i%) per
