SUBJECT: Blair, NE 2020 Water Treatment Plant Streaming Current Monitor
Mr. Hodson,
Thank you for the opportunity to provide the following proposal for the addition of the streaming current monitor
for the Raw Water Pump Station. This will replace the existing ammonia monochloramine analyzer.
Our proposal includes equipment and services as detailed below.
A One (1) Streaming Current Monitor, 120 Vac, 4-20 mA outputs, 316 stainless steel, auto -flush
feature with grit filter.
Installation of the streaming current monitor to be provided by the city.
B One (1) Onsite Field Services to include SCADA programming services, instrument start-up, and
operator training. Includes recommended 1 -year maintenance with required parts.
Your net price for Item A thru B, FOB factory with freight allowed to jobsite including one
(1) year warranty from date of startup (not to exceed 18 months from date of
shipment) ...................$ 28,910.00 PLUS TAX.
