The undersigned Mrs. Sarah Otto of 281.6 T Avenue,
Omaha, ebraska 68107, being first married to
Ephraim 0. Gilliam of Blair, Nebr., and being the
owner of the Southwest Quarter of Lot 2 in Block 87
of the Blair Cemetery, does hereby give permission
to the Blair Cmmetery to use the unused grave space,
being number eleven of said lot, for the purpose of
burying deceased babies of parents of poor circum-
stances.
