ORDINANCE NO. 2389
COUNCIL MEMBER ANDERSEN INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF BLAIR ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE 10
BY ADDING SECTION 1008 SMR SPECIAL MIXED USE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING WHEN THIS
ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR THIS
ORDINANCE TO BE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1 That Section 1008 SMR Special Mixed Use Residential District be added
under Article 10 to the Blair Zoning Ordinance and all language reference regulations pertaining
to a SMR Special Mixed Use Residential District Section 1008 is hereby added and Sections
1008.01 through Sections 1008.06 are hereby added in their entirety, all attached hereto as "Exhibit
A" and fully incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
