The City of Blair hereby releases the "Easement" (Exhibit `B" attached) filed on the real estate
Lots 25 and 26 of the Northern View Addition to the City of Blair as originally shown on the plat
for Northern View filed on May 21, 2018, Instrument No. 2018-01453). The release is legally
described as:
That part of Lots 25 and 26, Northern View Addition to the City of Blair, a subdivision in
Washington County, Nebraska, described as follows, beginning at the northwest corner of
said Lot 25; Thence S89 47'02"E (assumed Bering) 253.945 feet on the north lines of said
lots 25 and 26; Thence S00 12'58" 20.00 feet; Thence N89 47'02"W 252.75 feet on a line
20.00 feet south of and parallel with the north lines of said Lots 25 and 26 to the west line
of said Lot 25; Thence northwesterly on the west line of said Lot 25 on a 175.00 foot radius
curve to the right, chord bearing NO3 11'59"W, chord distance 20.04 feet, an arc distance
of 20.06 feet to the point of beginning.
The City of Blair hereby authorizes the Washington County Register of Deeds Office to release
the utility easement (Exhibit "B" attached) on said real estate.
