Grant of Permanent Easement: Grantor does hereby grant, barging, sell and convey unto City, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement over, under and across that parcel of real estate described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated by this reference herein. h� vj•1 This easement shall be perpetual in nature and shall run with the land. City may locate, establish, construct, maintain and keep in repair underground sanitary sewer line, together with such rights of entry upon, passage over, deposit over, deposit of excavated earth as may be necessary for the construction, maintenance, and repair of such sanitary sewer line; furthermore, Grantor agrees not to construct or place any improvements, trees or other vegetation which may impair or interfere with the. use, operation or maintenance of the storm sewer pipe. 2.
