PHASE 1: INTERPRETIVE GARDEN COMPLETED
Occasional cleaning and repairs for site will be minimal costs of $40.00 per yr., except in
the case of a sign being vandalized, witch are valued at 700.00 EA.
PHASE 2: RELIGHTING TOWER WITH 5 NEW FIXTURES, WIDENING AND
REPLACING SIDEWALKS AND INSTALLING AERIAL VIEW SIGN
OF ENTIRE PARK.
Occasional cost of cleaning, and concrete replace of $35.00 per yr. Replacement costs of
signage if vandalized would be $1500, and replacement of fixtures would cost $800.00ea
PHASE 3: NEW SIDEWALK AROUND SOUTH, WEST, AND NORTH SIDES OF
TOWER
Projected maintenance cots for sidewalks would be around $35.00 per year

PHASE 4: NEW SIDEWALK AROUND NORTH SIDE OF PARK
