CONTRACT FOR RENTAL OF SCHOOL FACILITIES

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between School District No. 1 of Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska, and the City of Blair
For the sum of N/A on or before N/A District No. 1 of Blair, Washington
County, Nebraska, agrees to and hereby rents the following school facilities: OMS Gym
and Commons to the City of Blair for the following purposes:

Date & Time: August 26 & 27 and Sept. 3. 6-9pm
Purpose: Skills Development Sessions

Subject to the rules and regulations established by the Board of Education of School
District #1 of Blair governing the use of school facilities. It is hereby agreed that the
organization or party contracting for the use of school facilities of School District
No. 1 of Blair, assumes full responsibility for damage to property or injuries to
persons or other liability that may arise in connection with said leasing on the dates
specified in this contract and will hold harmless said School District from any and
all liability because of said damage to property or injuries to persons.
