City may locate, establish, construct, maintain and keep in repair underground sanitary sewer pipe, together with such rights of entry upon, passage over, deposit over, deposit of excavated earth as may be necessary for the construction, maintenance, and repair of such sanitary sewer line; furthermore, Grantor agrees not to construct or place any improvements, trees or other vegetation which may impair or interfere with the use, operation or maintenance of the sanitary sewer pipe. 2.
