Table To establish, define nand regulate the location of the gutter upon each side of First street south from South street to Davis avenue in the City of Blair, Nebraska, and to repeal all Ordinances or parts ofOOrdinances in conflict herewith. By the Mayor and Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, That the outside line of the gutters on both sides of First street from South street south to Davis avenue, shall be five feet from the lot line. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances of the City of Blair, Nebraska, in conflict herewith, be and the same here- by are repealed. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided. by law. .
