BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the Board of Adjustment was held on
April21st 1994 at 12:00 noon in the Chamber of the
City of Blair Nebraska.
Board members present were Martin, Jensen, Beck, Waite,
and Carlson. Also present were Marvin McAlahaney,
Wyman Nelson, and Rod Storm.
Martin called the meeting to order, and asked if there
was a motion to suspend the reading of the minutes held
on March 17th 1994. Motion by Beck and seconded by Jensen.
5 Ayes, No Nays. Carried.
Chairman Martin Asked Marvin McAlahney to explain his
reason for the 8 foot Variance to the front yard set-
back. After a discussion was held, Beck made the motion
to grant the setback for the reason a hardship would
exist because it would require a greater setback and it
would be in alignment of existing houses on the block.
Motiom seconded by Waite. 5Ayes, No Nays. Carried.
There being no further business at this time Chairman
Martin asked for adjournment. Motion was made by Waite
and seconded by Beck. 5 Ayes, No Nays. Carried
