1994-03-17A meeting of the Board of Adjustment was held on March 17, 1994.
Chairman Martin called the meeting to order at 12:00 noon in the City Hall Chamber.
Board members present: Martin, Beck, Jensen, Waite, and Hansen.
Chairman Martin stated that the reason for this meeting was to hear a request from Tom and
Linda Anderson to seek a 4 ft. variance on their property located at Section 9, Township 18,
Range 9, Tax Lot 9. The purpose of the variance is to attach a 2 car, 24' garage. A motion to
grant the variance was made by David W. based on the issue of terrain and drainage.
