BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the Board of Adjustment was held on
July 15 at 12;00 noon in the chambers of the City
of Blair, Nebraska.
Board members present were Beck, Jensen, Waite and
Carlson. Martin attended the meeting after Jensen
took his place as Chairman.
Also present were Rod Storm and Wyman Nelson.
Kennneth Rohwer who was the applicant, and his neigh-
bor Bob Richards was present.
Jensen acted as chairman, and called the meeting to
order, and asked if there was a motion to suspend the
reading of the minutes of the meeting held on May 20
1993. Motion by Waite and secondes by Beck to suspend
the reading of the minutes. 4 Ayes No Nays.
Chairman Jensen asked Rohwer to explain what his reason
was for the Variance needed to add on to his house. A
discussion was held on a Six foot Side yard setback to
add eight foot to his present garage.
Motion by Waite to grant the six foot variance and
seconded by Beck. 5 Ayes No Nays, Carried.
There being no other business at this time Chairman
Jensen asked for adjournment. Motion was made by Waite
and seconded by Beck. 5Ayes No Nays.Carried.
