BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the Board of Adjustment was held on May 20
1993 at 12:00 noon in the Chambers of the City of Blair Nebraska.
Board members present were Martin, beck, Waite and Carlson.
Alson present were Rod Storm, Bill Wilson and Norman C. Bansen.
Chairman Martin asked if there was a motion to suspend the reading
of the minutes of the meeting held on April 8 1993. Motiom by Waite and seconded by
Beck. a Ayes No Nays.Motiom carried.
Mr. Bansen explained the reason for asking for a varience of a 7 foot
setback from the 25 foot to 18foot, in order to build a 16 by 23 foot
addition to the front of his present home. A discussion was held and a
motion was made Martin to grant the variance, and seconded by Waite.
4 Ayes No Nays. Carried.
There being no other business at this time Chairman Martin asked for
adjourment. Motion was made by Beck and seconded by Waite. 4 ayes No
Nays. Motion Carried.
