1992-08-03•_ ffl' ; !' BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT A meeting' of the Board of Adjustment was held on August 3, 1992, at 4:30. P .M . , in the Chambers of the City of Blair, Nebraska. Board Members present were Martin, Beck, Waite, Hansen and Carlson. Also present were Steven and Linda Ryan, Wyman Nelson and Rod Storm. Chairman Martin asked for a motion to -suspend the reading of the minutes of the meeting of July 16, 1992. Motion by Beck, seconded by Waite (5 Ayes, no Nays), motion carried. The Ryans explained the reason wanted for the setback, and questions were ask- ed by the Board. This was for the building of a garage. Hansen made the motion to approve the 13 ft. variance to the front yard setback of 25 feet, and seconded by Waite. Roll call was Martin, Nay; Waite, Aye; Hansen Aye; Beck Aye; and Carlson, Nay. Motion denied. After more discussion and the reason for the front yard setback of the 13 ft. variance, a motion to reconsider the motion was made by Martin and seconded by Beck. Voting as follows: Martin, Aye; Wait'e,Aye; Hansen Aye; Beck Aye: and Carlson Aye. Motion carried. Motion was made by Hansen, seconded by Beck, to grant a 13 F6. variance to the front yard setback of 25 feet. Martin Aye; Waite Aye; Hansen Aye; Beck Aye; Carlson Aye - 5 Ays, no Nays. Motion carried. There being no other business at this time, Chairman Martin asked for adjourn- ment. Motion by eck and seconded by Hansen to adjourn, motAon carried. Robert Carlson Secretary
