BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of Bla it e s Board of Adjustment was held on September 26, 1991,
at 12:00 noon, in the Council Chambers of the City of Blair,Nebraska.
Board Members present at the meeting were Martin, Beek, Eppley, Waite and
P
Carlson.
Present were Wyman Nelson and Rodney Storm.
Also present were Rodney and Ann Therkelsen, Teresa Reeh, Bob Tichota,
Mary Christensen, Maxine Therkelsen and Marvin Johnson.
Chairman Martin asked for a motion to suspend the reading of the minutes
of the previous meeting. Motion was made by Beck and seconded by Waite•
Ayes 5, Nays 0, motion carried.
Chairman Martin asked Rodney Therkelsen to explain what he wanted to
build on his property. A discussion was held and all neighbors present
were not against the variance Therkelsen was requesting. Board Members
asked for a continuance of this meeting so they could go to the site and
look over the variance asked.
After returning to continue the meeting, Eppley made the motion to grant
a 2 foot variance on the back yard setback and grant a 14 f6bt variance on
the West side of the property to place a garage and seconded by Beck.
Martin c=alled for a vote and all were in favor ® Ayes 5, Nays. 0
E There being no other business at this time, Chairman Martin asked for
adjournment. Motion by Beck and se m nded by Waite to Adjourn. Vote was
Ayes 5, Nays 0, carried..
