BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held on
March 14, 1991 at 1200 noon, in the Council Chambers ofthe City
of Blair,Nebraska.
Board Members present at the meeting were Martin, Beck, Hansen and
Carlson. Also present were Linda K. Ring, Wyman Nelson, and Warren
Whitaker.
Linda Ring explained she would like to add an addition to the front
of the house. She would need a 16 ft. front variance to comply.
After a discussion, Martin suggested to continue this meeting to
March 21, 1991, at 1200 noon so the members cou,d go to the property
to review Linda King's kitchen in regards to the size it is now and
the request for the variance.
Motion to continue the variance of Linda King was made by Beck, second-
ed by 'Hansen, and carried with four Ayes.
The continuance February 21, 1991 for B & D Truck parts Inc. to March
14, 1991, at noon, was asked by their Attorney, Dennis Martin, to
be continued at this time. Attorney Dennis Martin asked to continue the
hearing again, and the date was set for March 21, 1991, at 1200 noon.
There being no other business at this meeeting, motion to adjourn
was made by Hansen, seconded by Beck, and carried with four Ayes.
