BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held on Decem-
ber 13, 1990, at 1200 o'clock noon, in the Council Chambers of the
City of Blair.
Board members present at the meeting were Martin, Beck, Eppley and Carl-
son. Also present were Wyman Nelson and Howard Kay.
Chairman Martin asked for a motion to suspend the reading of the minutes
of the meetings'held,%November 2nd and November 8th. Motion was made by
Beck and seconded by Eppley, and carried.
Mr. Kay asked for a 10 ft. variance on side yard setback to be in
compliancAe. Mr. Kay had started the garage without a Building Permit.
He was asked why he wanted a 40 ft. length for the garage as most are
built 24 ft. to 28 ft., and his reply was to store a splitting saw and
some work tools.
After a discussion, Chairman Martin asked for a motion. A motion not to
allow the variance was made by Beck and seconded by Eppley. A vote was
called for and all four voteswere Ayes. Variance denied.
There being no other business at this meeting, motion to adjourn was
made by Beck and seconded by Martin, and carried 4 Ayes.
