BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held on
Thursday, September 6, 1990, at 1200 noon, in the Council Chambers
of the City of Blair.
Present at the meeting were Thelma Seevers, Wyman Nelson, and Bill
Wilson. Board members present were Don Eppley, David Waite, Jim
Martin and Bob Carlson.
Chairman Martin asked for a motion to suspend the reading of the
minutes of the previous meeting. Motion by Waite and seconded by
Eppley, and carried.
Mrs. Thelma Seevers explained the new Air Conditioner would have
to be moved and the alignment of the rooms would not be in line with
the present home.
Wyman Nelson explained that the existing house is in place and the
addition would line up with the present house. At the time the house
was built in the 501s, variances were different than today which is 12
ft. 6 inches side�.ava set back.
Martin called for a motion. Motion to grant the variance of 5 ft.
3 in. be allowed made by Waite and seconded by Eppley, and carried
by Martin, Waite, Eppley and Carlson.
There being no other business at this meeting, motion to adjourn was
made by Eppley, seconded by Martin., and carried.
