BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held on Thurs-
day, May 31, 1990, at 12:00 noon, in the Council Chambers of the City
of Blair, Nebraska.
Present at the meeting were Chairman Martin, ken Rhoades, Margaret Beck,
Mark Kettlecamp and Bob Carlson. Also Attorney Wyman Nelson and City
Administrator Rodney Storm were presesnt. Also present in the audience
were Roy I. Anderson, Gary Weeks and Dr. Neal Sievers; John Wolsman, Sr.
and John Wolsman, Jr.; Dennis Zolck; Donald Tolbert; Wesley Gunderson;
Roger Andreasen and Tom Van Scoy; and Laura Hendrickson and Russell and
Elaine Larsen.
Motion to suspend reading of the minutes of the May 2, 1990, meeting
was made by Rhoades, seconded by Beck, and Motion carried.
Six applications for Variance Permits were heard. Each applicaMt was
presented separately and is described on separate pages according to
the Agenda Items #4-5-6-7-8-9.
After the six applications were heard and no other business at this time,
motion to adjourn was made by Kettlecamp, seconded by Beck and carried.
(All Ayes, no nays.)
A meeting of the Board of Adjustment will be held and a light lunch to
be served by the City at 12:00 noon, Thursday, June 7, 19990. (later
this meeting had to be postponed).
