BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held on
Monday, December 18, 1989, at 1200 noon, in the Council Chambers of
the City of Blair, Nebraska.
Present at the meeting were Chairman Martin, Beck, Rhoades, Kettle -
camp and Carlson.
Also present were Wm. Wilson, Rodney Storm and Wyman Nelson. Dennis
Hough and Patricia Robbins represented the applicant for the Variance
Pe-tmit at 1840 Nebraska St., Blair, Nebraska.
Mr. Hough explained the subsurface conditions, the necessity for the
15 ft. setback request, and after a discussion held by City officials
and the Board Members, Chairman Martin asked for approval, or disap-
proval,of said request.
Motion was made by Kettlecamp to approve the Variance as requested
pursuant to the application which was seconded by Rhoades. Chairman
Martin called for the vote and all members voted Yea - no Nays.
There being no other business at this time, a motion to adjourn was
made by Beck and seconded by Kettlecamp. Motion carried.
