BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held on
Tuesday, September 19, 1989, at 1200 noon, in the Council Chambers
of the City of Blair, Nebraska.
Chairman Martin presided over the meeting and asked for the read-
ing of the previous meeting's minutes. Motion was made by Rhoades
i' and seconded by Kettlecamp to suspend with the reading of the pre-
vious meeting's minutes;,:, and carried.
Present at the meeting were Kettlecamp, Beck, Rhoades, Martin and
Carlson. Snowbeck was also available, but did not participate.
Also present was Nels D. Christensen, who had the application for
the Variance Permit to be heard. Wyman Nelson, Bill Wilson and
Rodney Storm were also present.
Mr. Christensen explained he wanted to add a double garage to the
West of his present house, and needed a 15 ft. 6 in. Variance from
the front lot line, wlhi--h is now only 42 ft. The present house and
the garage addition are in line with the other two houses to the
East. Motion by Kettlecamp and seconded by Beck to grant a 15 ft.
6 in. variance at 1125 State St. to Mr. Christensen. All members
approved and was carried.
There being no other business at this time, a motion to adjourn
was made by Beck and seconded by Hettlecamp. Motion carried.
