Paul Anderson, the neighbor to the South lot line of the property came to the meeting after it as started. Warrick explained that he was to blame for the reason for the vari- ance asked as the overhang on the roof was 4 inches too close to the lot line, andthe gutter attached would make it 9 inches over the side yard requirement of 7 feet. Paul Anderson, the neighbor to the South of 210 Lord's Court, was not concerned about the flow ofwater on to his property, but his concern was ifhe was to put an addition to this house, he might have to ask for a variance also. Ken Rhoades explained to Baul Anderson that was not the concern at the moment; but when tbi_ gime comes, Anderson should apply for a variance. After more discussion, Chairman Martin asked for a motion, should the 1 ft. variance be gfantbd. Rhoades made the motion to grant the 1 ft. allowance, it was seconded by Beck and was carried.
