BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of adjustment was held on
Monday, January 16, 1989 at 12:00 noon in the Council Chambers of
the City of Blair, Nebraska.
Present at the meeting were Martin, Beck, Rhoades and Carlson
with Martin presiding.
Also present were Cyril Uhing, neighbor to the West of the Property
to be heard for a Variance Permit by Pat Mallette, Pat Mallette and
Wyman Nelson.
Martin asked for the reading of the Minutes of the previous meeting.
Motion was made by Beck to suspend the reading of the Minutes of
the previous meeting, seconded by Rhoades, and carried.
Pat Mallette asked for a 5 foot backyard variance for Tax Lot 1,
Block 1, in Frederick Addition, Blair, Washington County, Nebraska.
A discussion was held and Mr. Cyril Uhing, who asked about the design
of the house and after viewing the proposed home plans, he had no
objection and the four members of the Board had no objections. A
vote was called for by Martin. Motion then made by Rhoades to grant
the variance, seconded by Beck, and was carried.
There being no other business at this time,, a motion to adjourn
was made by Rhoades, seconded by Beck, and carried.
