BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OCTOBER 27, 1988
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held on
Thursday, October 27, 1988, at noon, in the Council Chambers of
the City of Blair, Nebraska.
Present at the meeting were Mark Kettlekamp, Jim Martin, Margaret
Beck and Bob Carlson. Also present were William Wilson, City
Inspector, and Doug Bullock, City Administrator.
A motion to suspend the reading of the minutes from the previous
meeting held on October 10th, 1988, was made by Kettlekamp and second-
ed by Beck, and carried.
The order of business at this meeting was to consider a variance
permit by the J & V Partnership for 25 ft. variance set back on a
building to be located on Lot 7, K Span Industrial Park, Blair,
Nebraska.
A discussion was held and the motion to allow a 25 ft. variance
on the front setback at the above location was made by Carlson,
seconded by Kettlekamp, and carried.
There being no other business at this time, a motion to adjourn
was made by Beck, seconded by Kettlekamp, and carried.
