BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held
on Monday, June 6, 1988, at 12:00 noon in the Council Chambers
oothe City of Blair, Nebraska.
Present at the meeting were Margaret Beck, A. J. Snowbeck, Jim
Martin, and Bob Carlson. Ken Rhoades came after roll call, but
before the meeting started. Also present were William Wilson,
City Inspector, Doug Bullock, City Administrator, and Mrs. Debbie
Lee, wife of the applicant, Larry M. Lee.
In the discussion held, Mrs. Lee explained the present garage
is undersizeAn length and they can not get their Cadillac in
the garage unless they leave the door open. In the future, they
would like to own a boat and would like to store it under cover and
also many garden tools could be stored in the addition. The request
would be for a 20x28 ft. tothe rear of the present garage. The
present garage attached to the house has a 4 ft. 2 in. variance to
the lot line and thegarage addtion would also have a variance of
4 ft. 2 in.
Motion to grant the variance of proposed addition was made by
Ken Rhoades and seconded by A. J. Snowbeck. All ayes by Becks
A. J. Snowbeck, Martin, Rhoades and Carlson. No nays. Motion
carried.
There being no other business at this lira?, motion to adjourn was
made by Beck, seconded by Marti6o and carried.
