City of Blair
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of theCCity of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held on Mon-
day, May 16, 1988, at 12:00 noon in the Council Chambers of the City
of Blair, Nebraska.
Present at the meeting were Margaret Beck, A. J. Snowbeck, James Martin, and
Bob Carlson. Also attending the meeting was Doug Bullock.
Mark Kettelkamp arrived after roll call but was present at the time of
the hearing.
Beck madethe motion to suspend the rules and not read the minutes of the
last meeting; secondedby Snowbeck; and carried.
James L. Long, who applied for a Variance Permit at 1835 Front Street,
was not present,: Long's request was to remove one old garage on the
property and move in a garage which would have a Variance of 8 ft. instead
of 10 ft. between the new garage and the existing house on the property.
Bullock explained the variance did not violate any lot line requirements.
Motion to grant the variance for the garage and house of 8 ft. instead
of the 10 ft. by Carlson and seconded by Beck. All ayes by Beck, Snowbeck,
Martin, Kettelkamp and Carlson. No ayes, motion carried.
There being no other business at this time, motion to adjourn by Kettel-
kamp; seconded by Beck; motion carried.
