City of Blair
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held on
Monday, April 18, 1988, at 12:00 noon in the Council Chambers of
the City of Blair, Nebraska.
Present at the meeting were Jim Martin, Ken Rhoades, Margaret
Beck, Mark Kettelkamp, and Bob Carlson. Also attending the meet-
ing were Doug Bullock, Blaine Lemmons, and William Wilson, who is
replacing Lemmons.
Rhoades made a motion to suspend the rules and the minutes not
read. Beck seconded the motion, and carried.
Paul S. Smith, who applied for the Variance Permit was not able
to be at the meeting, but Bullock explained the 4 ft. variance
that he wanted.
A discussion was held and it was decided that Smith was to get a
survey on his East lot line, or locate the corner pins. Drainage
from the garage was discussed.
Motion by Kettelkamp to grand a variance contingent on the establish-
ment of legal lot line and the drainageto flow South by placement
of gutters so that water flows down the driveway and not toward the
f East property line. Seconded by Beck. All Ayes by Martin, Rhoades,
Beck, Kettelkamp and Carlson; no Nays, Motion, carried.
There being no other business at this time, motion to adjourn was
made by Beck and seconded by Rhoades. K®tion carried.
