CITY OF BLAIR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held
on Monday, June 23, 1986, at 12:00 noon in the Council Chambers
of the City of Blair, Nebraska.
Present for the meeting were Duden, Snobeck, Rhoades, Martin
and Carlson. Also attending the meeting were Larry Hipnar,
Lemmons and Bullock.
Motion to approve the minutes of the May 30, 1986, meeting as.
writtonrl was made by Duden, seconded by Rhoades, and carried.
The purpose of the meeting was to hear the application for a
Variance by Larry Hipnar, to construct a garage and patio on
the West side of the present garage and house. The variance
woud be at the North property line, 3 ft. instead of 5 ft.,
and the West propery line 9 ft. instead of the 10 ft. require-
ment.
A discussion was held by Bullock who said there were no written
objections and no one appeared at this meeting to object.
Larry Hipnar explained he would stay within the variance, if grant-
ed.
After the discussion by all concerned, and there were no further
questions, President Marin asked for the motion.
Rhoades made the motion to grant the variance as requested by
Larry Hipnar at 507 North 22 St., City of Blair, Nebraska, and
the motion was seconded by Duden. All ayes, motion carried.
There being no other business at this time, motion to adjourn
was made by Rhoades and seconded by Martin. All ayes, motion
carried.~
