CITY OF BLAIR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held
on Wednesday, February 26, 1986, at 12:00 noon, in the Council
Chambers of the City of Blair, Nebraska.
Present for the meeting were Duden, Snowbeck, Martin and Carl-
son. Also present were Mrs. John Borger, Doug Bullock and
Wyman Nelson.
A discussion was held in regard to the 4 ft. betwen the lot
line and proposed garage. 15 ft. is the distance required
betwen the two, but a 11 ft. variance is what the Borger's
wish.
Martin wants the Borger's to get signatures from neighbors,
stating no objections to the building of the garage.
Motion by Duden that the Board recess until Friday, Fehruary,28th
at 12:00 noon, seconded by Martin and carried.

Present for this meeting were Duden, Beck, Snowbeck, Martin'and
Carlson, and Mrs. Borger, Blaine Lemmons and Wyman Nelson.
Mrs. Borger had the signatures of the neighbors stating they
had no objections to building of the garage (sheet attached
hereto). Martin asked for the motion. Motion was made by
Duden to accept the application for the Variance Permit pre-
sented by Mr,_ and Mrs. John N. Borger to build a garage
(22ft. by 36 ft.) at 2165 Washington St., City of Blair.
Seconded by Beck. Ayes: Duden, Beck, Snowbeck, Martin.
Nay: Carlson. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Duden and seconded by Beck to adjourn.
Motion carried.

The undersigned are of the owners of real estate located within 100 feet
of Lot 6 in Block 100 in the City of Blair, Nebraska, hereby waive written notice
of the application for and do hereby consent to a Variance of side yard and
structure to structure setback requirements as shown on the drawing attached
hereto. Such application filed by John N. Borger to build a garage.
