A meeting of the City of Blair Board of Adjustment was held on Monday,

July 29, 1985, at 12:00 noon, in the City Hall Council Chambers. Members
present were Martin, Moseman and Beck. Members absent were Duden and Carlson.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider the application for a Variance
Permit to place a home on a lot at 1075 Nebraska Street with an eight foot
Variance on the West side of the lot. This is done to match the existing
homes in the neighborhood. Motion by Moseman, seconded by Beck to grant
this Variance to Jerry Johnson.
Motion by Martin seconded by Moseman to adjourn the meeting at 12:10 P.M.
