BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of 11djustmen.t was held
on. Monday, September 24, 19b4, at 12:00 noon. in the Council
Chambers of the City of Blair.
The purpose of the meeting, was to consider the application,
for a Variance Permit for Edward Buchardt to construct a garage
at 2054 Front Street, in Blair, Nebraska.
Present at the meeting were Snobeck, Murdock, Magrue, Martin
and Carlson.
Also present were Edward Buchar.dt and Blaine Lemmon.s.
The variance was between the present garage and the proposed
new garage. Part of the variance would be 4 ft. and the balance
10 ft. from proposed garage and house.
Motion.to grant variance of the 4 (four) feet between the present
garage and part of the proposed garage was made by Murdock,
seconded by Martin., and carried.
No other business before the Board at this time, motion to
adjourn was made by Snobeck, seconded by Murdock, and carried.
