CITY OF BLAIR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair®s Board of Adjustment was held on
Monday, August 27, 1984, at 12:00 noon in the Council Chambers of
the City of Blair.
The purpose of the meeting was to consider the application for a
Variance Permit for Kevin Fleming to build a new garage at his
residence at 2744 College Drive, Blair, Nebraska.
Present at the meeting were Snobeck, Murdock, Yjagrue, Martin and
Carlson.
Also present were Kevin Fleming, Lammons and Bullock.
Mr. Fleming explained he needed the 5 ft. alloance between house
and new garage to be in compliance with lot line setback. Water
runoff from driveway and garage to the neighbor's property was
discussed. Mr. Fleming told the Board he would see that construc-
tion was so that the water flow would be on his property.
Motion to grant the variance of 5 ft. between house and new garage
was made by J. Martin, seconded by Murdock, and carried.
No other business before the Board at thistime, Murdock made motion
to adjourn, seconded by Snobeck, and carried.
