A meeting of the Blair Board of Adjustment was held on Monday,
October 10, 1903, at 12 noon in the Council Chambers of the
City of Blair. Purpose of said hearing was to consider the ap-
plication for a Variance Permit for Jack W. Kuhr to obtain
permission to add a second car garage, 12lx221, at 200th South
St., Blair, Nebraska.
(resent were Jack Kuhr and Doug Bullock.
Members present were Magrue, Duden, Martin and Carlson.
Nr. Kuhr explained he was two feet short from the center of
street to the corner of the proposed garage. The house and
attached garage are built on an angle on the lot and wouldn.ot
interfere in any way with lot line to the worth of his property.
Motion by Duden and seconded by iviartirn. to grant Variance Permit,
subject to Mr. Kuhr receiving a statement from property owners
within 100 ft. of his property, stating they have no objections
to his addition, of a second garage to the adjoining garage.
Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn by Duden., seconded by Magru-eq and carried.
