CITY OF BLAIR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blairts Board of Adjustment was held on
Monday, October 3, 1963, at 12:00 noon in the Council Chambers of
the City of Blair. Purpose of said meeting was to consider the
application for a Variance Permit for Arthur Keller, Jr., to ob-
tain. authorization to put up a garage with less than, the five foot
side lot clearance at 260 North 22 St., Blair, Nebraska.
Present were Arthur Keller, Jr., Wyman Nelson.and Douglas Bullock.
Members present were Magrue, Martin, Murdock and Carlson..
Arthur Keller, Jr., has signatures from his neighbors stating no
objections to the building of a garage.
Arthur Keller, Jr. also presented a letter from the Chicago &
Northwestern Railroad Co., which clearance would be less than five
feet between the railroad property line and the garage to be built
by Keller.
Wyman. Nelson reviewed letter and check the City Code, and approved
both.
Magrue asked for the motion. Motion by Murdock to grant the
Variance Permit submitted by Arthur Keller, Jr., to construct
the garage as per his application and drawing submitted by him.
Seconded by Martin. Ayes: Magrue, Murdock, Martin and Carlson.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn by Murdock; seconded by Martin; carried.
