Present: Bill Warrick, representing Paul hundtoft, and also
the proposed contractor to build the garage. Blaine Lemmons,
Blair City Building Inspector.
Members present: Magrue, Murdock, Martin and Carlson.
A plot drawing of the proposed garage addition to the house,
and signatures of property owners abutting the property anal
also other property owners near by was submitted. After a
discussion., Magrue asked for a motion. Motion. by Murdock,
seconded by Carlson to grant the Variance to Mr. Paul hundtoft
to a.dd a garage at 101b James Drive, Blair, Nebraska. Aye
vote by Murdock, Carlson., Martin and Magrue. Nay vote - none.
Motion to adjourn. by Murdock, seconded by Martin, and carried.
