BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City ofBlair's Board of Adjustment was held on.
Monday, May 2, 1983, at 12 o'clock noon.in. the Council Chambers
at the City Hall for the purpm of hearing to consider the appli-
cation for a Variance Permit for Larsen Enterprises to obtain.
authorization. to construct a. house onf Lot 5, Johnsen Addition,
Washington. County, Nebraska. (Northeast Corner, 11th & Jackson
Sts., Blair, NE).
Larsen. Enterprises is asking for a variance for one foot off the
back yard.
Members present were Magrue, Duden., Murdock, Snowbeck and Carlson.
Also present Wyman Nelson., Douglas Bullock an.d Blaine Lemons for
the City. John.O'Hanlon was present to represent Larsen Enterprises.
Discussion was held on the in,terpretation.of the Code for setback
to back yard distance from house to lot line.
Motion for 3 foot va.rian.ce to allow for the eaves on the house to
be included on. the permit. The foundation of the house to lot
line would have the 1 foot variance requested by Larsen. Enterprises.
Motion. by Duden, seconded by Muid;ok. Carried, all in. favor.
There being no other business at this time, motion by Duden., seconded
by Murdock to adjourn. Carried, all in.favor.
