A meeting of the City of Bla ir's Board of Adjustment was held on Monday,
October 18, 1982, at 12 noon, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall

totals 6300 sq. ft. One lot 67'x120' totals 8040 sq. ft. and 2nd lot 681x
120' totals 8160 sq. ft.
A discussionwas held and statement by the property owners within 100 ft. of
the proposed lot split was presented,°that they had no objections. Megrue
asked for a motion from the Board to take action.
Motion was made by Jim Martin and seconded by Louis Murdock to grant the
variance. All in favor and wotion carried.
There being no other business, Snowbeck made a motion to adjourn, seconded
