CITY OF BLAIR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held Friday noon,
12:00 o'clock, August 28, 1981, for the purpose of hearing a variance re-
quest by Kirk Bull to build a garage on Lots 21 and 22, Block 14, of the
City of Blair, and known as 1744 State Street, Blair, Nebraska 68008.
Members present were Megrue, Duden, Snobeck, Murdock, Martin and Carlson.
Also present were City Admr. Bullock and Mr. and Mrs. Kirk Bull.
The described property is zoned Light Industrial. MY. Bull had a letter
from Olson & Stewart , who own property East of 1744 State Street, in
Blair, stating they had no objection to the variance asked by Mr. Bull.
Mot! on to grant -the variance was made by Duden and seconded by Murdock.
All members were in favor of the motion, and therefore it carried.
There being no further business, motion was made by Duden and seconded by
Murdock that the meeting be adjourned. All were in favor; motion carried.
