CITY OF BLAIR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A. meeting of the City of Blair's Board of Adjustment was held Thursday,
December 4, 1980, at 7:00 P.M. of hearing a variance request by Clarice
Andersen to construct a home on Lot 5, Higley's Addition, between 565 and
545 South 16th Street, in the City of Blair, Nebraska.
Members present were Megrue, Snobeck, Martin and Carlson. Also present was
City Administrator Bullock. Absent were Duden and Murdock. Clarice Ander-
sen was in the audience.
Administrator Bullock explained the Blair City Code today is 10 ft. distance
between building and lot lines, but that all houses in that block were built
when 7 ft. between building and lot lines was the Code.
Discussion followed.
Motion was made by Carlson to accept the 7 ft. distance on the North and
South lot lines and the setback of her proposed home the same as others on
the block. Motion was seconded by Martin. All were in favor of motion.
There being no further business, motion was made by Martin and seconded by
Snobeck to adjourn. Motion carried.
