At a meeting called to order by the Adjustment Board
of the City of Blair, Nebraska, of June 11, 1976, the letter
of request of Mr. Richard Veach was considered for the con-
struction of a 6 foot high fence around his back yard, place of
residence 2610 College Drive.
After considerable discussion by the Board, it was
moved by Board member Murdoch, seconded by Board member Megrue
that the ordinance stand status quo, and that no exception be
granted.
The motion was put and unanimously carried.
