CITY OF BLAIR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the Cite of Blair Board of Adjustment was held on
f Wednesday, November 15, 1975, at 4:00 P.M., to discuss two re-
quests for variances by Chuck Jorgensen at 2017 South St., City
of Blair, Nebraska.
The follw�iing members were present: Louie IZ irdock, Bob Dud.en,
Jim Martin, Gene Megrue and Bob Carlson. Also present were Terry
Bailey, Lyman Nelson and Chuck Jorgensen.
First, reference was made -to Application for Building Permit ##2552
to remodel house located at 2017 South St., Bahr, Nebraska. Con-
tractor proposes to take off part of house on East side to meet the
e-Xisting fire code and parking code. Motion was made by Duden and
seconded by Carlson that permission be granted. Motion carried.

Second, reference was made to Application for Building Permit #---2553
to construct a storage building at 2017 South St., Blair, Nebraska.
Motion was made by Martin and seconded by Dud.en -that variance be
granted; building to be set back 15 ft. to rear of existing Douse
t 2017 South St., City of Flair_, _\fie. ; building to be used for storage
of electrical supplies; and must meet all Building Codes. Motion
carried.
