CITY OF BLAIR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A meeting of the City of Blair Board of Adjustment was Feld on
July 29, 1977 at 2000 p.m. The following members were present;
Gene Megrue, Aa J. Snowbeck, alternate, James Martin, and R. J.
Duden
The meeting was called to order by president, Gene Megrue and Re
J Duden was appointed acting secretary. President, Megrue stated
that the first order of business was to reorganize and elect officers
for the Board. Duden nominated Gene Megrue, president and Bob Carlson,
secretary. Motion was made by Duden and seconded by Snowbeck that
nominations cease and the secretary be instructed to cast a unanimous
ballot for the candidates. The motion was passed unanimously.
A discussion and review followed regarding an application of Charles
Jorgensen for constructing three homes in the Terra west Addition
to the City of Blair. It was felt by the Board proper procedures had
not been followed and the Mr. Jorgensen should have appeared before
the planning Commission for approval prior to requesting a meeting
of the Board of Adjustment.
k motion was made by Duden, seconded by Martin that before making
my decision, Mr. Jorgensen should appear before the planning
'commission for further approval of dividing lots three and four
Perra west Addition to the Citv of Blair into four lots.
